Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. This policy applies for the following reasons:

Immediate processing: Our processing system begins handling your order as soon as it is confirmed. This includes packing and scheduling for shipment, which cannot be paused or reversed.

Inventory allocation: Each confirmed order reserves specific inventory that is no longer available to other customers. Cancellation at this stage affects inventory management and fulfillment efficiency.

However, if your order has not yet reached us, we may still be able to assist you with changes such as:

Changing the size or color of an item

Updating the shipping address

Making small adjustments to your order

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you wish to request a change. While we cannot guarantee all changes, we will do our best to accommodate them if the order has not yet been shipped.
