Policy for incorrect addresses
Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address can no longer be changed. If a package is returned because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, we unfortunately cannot provide a full or partial refund. The responsibility for the accuracy of the shipping information lies with the customer.

In such cases, we can only offer to resend the order. We strongly advise all customers to carefully check their shipping address before completing their purchase. Although we take utmost care in processing and verifying orders, we cannot be held liable for errors related to incorrect shipping addresses, payment details, or other inaccuracies at checkout.
